Scheduled Intesis AC Cloud Control Server Maintenance
To provide a better service and user experience, Intesis AC Cloud Control has scheduled a system maintenance action on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. During that day, there may be periods when the service is interrupted, and the gateways will be disconnected. No action from the users is needed for the system update. The gateways will automatically reconnect when the system is restored and everything will return to regular operation.
Any chance users could get email notifications for scheduled outages? Thanks!
As of now, they are utilizing our Zendesk Support Page to notify users of outages/maintenance.

They are look at alternate methods of notifying customers as well.
