I have a AB7831-F
Using IPCONFIG
Top IP 172.16.6.10---- No problem setting.
Bottom IP 10.52.18.201----Can not get it to set----DHCP is off and keeps coming back as 0.0.0.0. However the subnet 255.255.255.0 is setting.

Setting the ip address for the interfaces should be the same between the top and bottom. Do you have all the dip switches set to off on the bottom? If you connect to both interfaces at the same time do you see both devices show up?
