Simultaneous users?

Hello - customer has created a ViewOn interface, but received a notification when someone else tried to log in that someone was already on the page.

Is there a way around this? How could they make more users available to access a created ViewOn page?

How are you reaching this ViewON page? through eCatcher Mobile, M2Web or eCatcher?

With a free plan you should be able to have 5 people on at once between eCatcher Mobile and M2Web, as well as 1 user connected over eCatcher
