SMS relay does not work

Hi

I have two customers who recently reported the SMS message alarm stopped working. But i test it again, it is OK, is it possible SMS relay recently not working properly (at least two dates12/02 and 14/02)? I have tested again but it looks OK, and these two sites used to be OK as well.

Any advice?
