Good Morning…

I am configuring the sending of SMS alarms.
During the tests, the alarms are generated at different times, but in the SMS message the time is repeated according to the message of the first alarm.
What’s happening? See the attached image.

Is the alarm set to auto acknowledge when it returns to normal levels? If the first alarm is not resolved it will still use the original time.
