Stratix 5700 blocking configuration download/upload

Hi,

The Rockwell Stratix 5700 switch was blocking the configuration download/upload/module reset commands.

What in the switch do you thing is blocking this?

Hello,

This question came in as a new support case so please correct me if i am not answering the correct question. It looks like you were working with an HMS-EN2SE-R previously. If the Stratix switch is would be blocking anything I suspect it is blocking the port traffic. The upload and download are done with ports 63980 and 7412. It is also UDP traffic so to switch could be effecting that as well.
