Stuck on establishing WAN Connection

All,

I am trying to activate my EWON cosy 131 (EC6133H_00).

I keep failing at the configure WAN Step.

I see that other users have had this issue, but were able to see what the solution was based off the error log. (See log attached)

They were also able to see the signal strength under communications which I am unable to do so.

Currently, I am waiting for AT&T to verify that this SIM Card is activated.

I know that some users were able to see the signal strength they are currently getting under communication. I don’t see that option, is there something that I messed up on during the initial setup

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

First verify that the SIM is activated and make sure you are using the correct APN. Make sure to select “Maintain Connection” not “Triggered” in the Internet Wizard.

AT&T said the SIM is active.
They are verifying the correct APN.

Shouldnt the modem signal under communications still be there?
