Support connectivity on large number of Ewons

Hi support team,

See below, just tried sending this over but received a kickback that it didn’t send for title being used. Is there a log that Mark can provide that will help us diagnose the below connection issue?

Hello,

For diagnosing connection problems, we generally ask for a back up with support files. They can be pulled by using ebuddy. Including the support files is key, though. It allows the Event logs, and configuration to be viewed. This helps us with understanding the function of the unit.
