T-Mobile connection on

Customer has a Cosy with a Cellular Modem and T-Mobile SIM Card. Whenever the customer runs the internet wizard, its able to get a WAN IP from the Network. However, it fails the internet test and is unable to connect through VPN.

The device does appear to be communicating with the network. As the unit is assigned an IP for network, but fails to get any traffic back and forth. I advised patrick to reach out to the OEM and verify the following information:



Also ask the OEM what DNS address is rquired for T-Moblie. I did have an associate say once they entered the DNS, the connection was restored.
