Tag already exists error

I am getting an error while creating a GSM LEV tag. After entering the info to create the tag, I select save and get an error message saying that the tag name already exists, but there is no tag with that name in the tag list.

It does show up in the transfer file list, but not in the view io or tag setup list. It is almost as if the tag is in the ewon but invisible.

It actually sounds as if the tag was added to a different page.

Can you try this:

  1. Navigate to the ViewIO screen.

  2. Select the dropdown that shows the pages & select All.
    pages


  1. Do you see the tag listed now? If so you can now delete it.

Let me know if this helps find the tag.
