Talk2M access denied when activating

We always get the message ‘Talk2M access denied’ whenever we register the Ewon Cosy 131 using Activation Key or Ewon Name. The VPN connection is working.

So you got your Talk2M wizard to pass only when using your talk2m account credentials? Is this a first time installation?

Hi Juliana,

This is new and we installed it awhile ago but never commissioned. We just had the SIM card installed. We want to use our account to connect to this Ewon but it wont let us. Can you check on your side if this unit has been link to another account. I’m not sure if someone played with this unit or this unit has been installed somewhere before.

Can you please provide the serial number of the device? (Once you submit the SN, it’ll be hidden from the public)
