Talk2M Access Denied

When setting up a device pool by activation key and when testing the configuration, the results halt at Read Talk2M config.
The details of which suggest the eWon is already linked to another Talk2M account.
Is this talking about another account altogether? There is no redundant occurrence with the device name or serial number.
Using eBuddy, updating or recovering did not work. How do I disassociate this hardware from another account?

The only way to remove it from the other account is logging into that account and deleting the device from it. Then you can reregister the device.

This is a new eWon, is there a default account it may be tied to?
Is HMS able to use the SN and reference or recall it from that account?

No, there is not a default account. If you have not registered it to a previous account you will have to reach out to the distributor you purchased the device from. For security reasons we cannot give out account information.
