Talk2M config is failing due to unknown eWon. Have tried with activation and then again with name.

Are you sure this Ewon is not registered to another account?

I am not sure if it is registered to another account. The device is in our facility and we are trying to use it to connect to our control network.
The eWON S/N is 1830-0479-22.

It’s currently registered to the account “CassoSolar”. It looks like you are trying to register it with another account which is not allowed. You must delete it from the current account first.

You must remove it from the current account (Novapac) before you can register it to a new account.
