Talk2M connection check No DNS server found

Hello,

I am guiding a customer to test their factory network and its connectivity to Talk2M with connection checker. Please see the picture below which indicates No DNS server. The detailed log can be found below.

Any troubleshooting guidance is appreciated!

It looks like you gave your PC a static IP address and left the DNS blank. If you’re not getting a DNS address from DHCP, you need to specify one. Try using a public one like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1.

Thanks a lot! This makes sense because I also received a successful network check if customer selects DHCP.
