Hello

I have an eWon Flexy (With SIM) onsite that shows status OK but is offline in eCatcher. Till yesterday everything was working fine, but we are having this issue since morning
Attached is the Log from eCatcher.

Hello,

Are you able to get a backup with support files for the unit? This can tell us the actual errors that are occuring with the connection.

Are you able to connect locally to the unit?

What is the status of the device now? We did have server maintainence yesterday, which made devices look offline.
