Talk2M on Vbox

Hello,

We use Vbox to set up laptops then export the settings for other laptops to use. We are running into issues where two of ours techs can not connect to ewons. It just get stuck in a connection loop. I do remember having this issue earlier but can not find the solution. I do remember I had to change the talk2mclient.ovpn.

Are you meaning that you can’t connect to the device on eCatcher or that you can’t see the device in ebuddy?

If one tech is connected to a device (say in Michigan) the 2nd tech can not connect to another device in Canada. It tries to connect but will not via ecatcher.

Do you know if you’re using a free+ account or a pro account?

It is a Pro Account. For brownmachinellc. I think it has to do with the Talk2m-ecatcher TAP. I remember something was being copied from my PC to the other PCs via VBox when I installed their PCs.

Hi Charles,

Just wanted to make sure that deleting the tap adapter and then reinstalling it and changing the name to talk2m-eCatcher worked?
