I cannot find an account associated with the email you provided.

how can the account be in good standing and my information is not associated with it? I am the end user

I do believe there is some confusion.

The original account that you provided does not show you as an active user. For this reason, you will not be able to log in. It may be that the admin removed your access to that account.

Ok that makes sense. Who do I need to talk to about getting access back is there a name associated that I can contact?

I can’t give out customer information, but I will email the admin of the account and ask him to contact you.
