I had a customer setting up a Flexy 201 today and we had pre-setup email and sms alarming via the relay.talk2m.com service.
They were getting emails and texts just fine (around 13 messages while setting up on site wan) then when they put in the maintenance technicians email and phone number they were no longer receiving alarms.
The status page showed “Send Mail” success at the time stamps we generated an alarm. Even tried going back to the emails and phones that were working.
Is there a limit on the relay server for free talk2m accounts? Or is there maybe something we are missing?
