I am able to connect to the eWon’s device using a separate VNC tool (tightVNC), but when trying to access on the web-based cloud platform, I get an error stating “Unable to Build Proxy”.
Reading elsewhere online, I heard someone was able to resolve this problem by contacting customer service and having the proxy server reset. Is this something you would be able to do for me? Or are there any other diagnostics I can provide to properly debug the issue at hand?
