Hi @Mikewo.

We can appreciate the impact of the outage and the further impact of the confusion and the wasted time when it isn’t clearly communicated that there is a known service issue.

We’ve raised the issue of the server status page internally and agree that it should better reflect service status in a more real-time manner.

For service status notifications we’ll also be putting outage and resolution notifications here on the forum so in the future you can check here to see if there is a known service issue.
