Transfer COSY 141 to new Account

HI All,

I have an old COSY 141 that was connected to an old systems integrator account, this equipment was atleast 10 years old and has recently been destroyed.

Am I able to get this account removed so it can be tied to a new account?

It requires permission from the owner of the device. They can either delete it from their account or you can provide proof of ownership or permission from the account owner of the device and we can reset it.

What is the serial number?
