Tunnel Closed for no reason ( data rate)

Hi, my connection repeatedly closes with unknown error when upload data rates start exceeding 200kb/s
This happens whilst uploading HMI data ( about 5Mb) via the Netbiter IP bridge.

All other PLC online related functions work OK.

EC350 has the latest firmware and Quick connect is at latest revision.

This appears to be something new for this installation . I have used the netbiter repeatedly on other sites without this problem.

Hello @ErnieK ,

I have not heard of an issue like this on a netbiter before. It could be an issue on the tower/network side. This could be an issue with the 3g connection. Here in the United States we have seen most network sunset their 3g networks.

If you have not already done so i recommend updating to the latest firmware.
