Unable to detect module type

Hi,

I have a x-gateway ABX-EIPS-PRTS (AB7649-C) to communicate between control logix 5000 and siemens simatic S7-1200

I can see my module when I scan it with the program IPconfig. I want to see the configuration of the module by the web-interface, but when I write my IP adress or rigth-click on ‘‘open Web-Interface’’, a message appears that say ‘’ Error : Unable to detect module type ‘’

Do you know what is the problem or can you help me to see the configuration in my module by an other way?

Navigate to the Product page here:

Download the Anybus Configuration Manager X-gateway and the Anybus Transport Provider under the Software section.

Connect your PC to the device using a USB cable.

You can follow instructions on how to use the software to configure (or view the configuration) in the User manual here.
