Unable to get Internet access and get FAILED : System exec error

Hi,

we are trying to set up an Ewon COSY, but, we are unable to get the internet (wizard) to complete, and when doing the Talk2M wizard, it passes through some steps, but fails at the end with error “FAILED: System exec error”. The ID department where we are trying to get this to work, claims there is something wrong with the ewon.

What else can we check?

I would check the Event logs to see what the error shows.

Per chance, did you receive an “Access Denied” error?

If you could attach a backup with support files, i can review the configuration to assist you.
