Customer has a LAN connection to a Flexy 201. He able to ping one PLC unit, but unable to ping the second PLC unit. The customer had issues with installing eBuddy, and does not know what the LAN IP of the Flexy is. Once he installs eBuddy, he will be check for any errors and call back.
