Customer has an issue with getting access to an HMI panel. The customer is able to ping the PLC and the HMI, but is unable to get to the interface of the HMI unit. THe HMI is a C-More Automation Direct unit, and is tied to a flexy. I will have to research the method of connection with these devices, and possible escalate.
