Unit down after powerloss

Hello
This is Jeffrey Cioletti again. I had a power outage at the house and I am having issues with one of the controllers now. All of them reconnected with no issues except one. I attached the error message I keep getting from it.

Please let me what I can to resolve this issue.

Have you performed a factory reset of the affected unit?

You may need to go through the wifi configuration process again.

Yes i took the unit off the app and redid it. I did not shit the ac unit off when I reset. I am going to try that then I will let you know what happens.

No problem. I am very busy now with work so I am limited on time I have at home. Will do a complete reset this weekend. Email you Monday with what happens.

I redid the wifi but still wouldn’t talk to unit. I did not turn the AC unit completely off. Trying that tomorrow. Let you know if that doesn’t work.
