What software are you looking to update?
Typically you will only need to intall the VCI drivers available on the ixxat web site. V4 is the most recent version but some software may require the V3. https://www.ixxat.com/support/file-and-documents-download/drivers

We do not have any information on this software. Other companies use our VCI drivers to create their software, so I recommend reaching out to them for assistance with this.
