How do I upgrade an older ewon with firmware 8.2s1?
Ebuddy only show firmware from 12-14.
If I am not mistaken, I need to upgrade it to 9, 10,11,12,13,14 in that order, correct?
Which model ewon do you have? Is it a cosy 131 or a cosy 141?

Since the firmware is pre-12 you wont be able to do the pivot upgrades like normal. I would take a backup of the device and performing a recovery to the most recent firmware. Here is are document on the process.
The device is in the remote location. Can I still do the recovery?
No, I recovery requires a physical connection with a 10/100 switch between the ewon and the computer.
