Upgradin eWon version 11.2.s2 to higher version

Hi,
I’m trying to upgrade eWon flexy to higher version, but I get this error:

I try to upgrade to version 12.

Those are the eWon details:

I tried to download version 12 manually from the website, but I see only versions 14 are available. Maybe that’s why I get the error? What can I do to upgrade the eWon?

Hello,

You will have to perform a recovery of the unit. If you right click on hte device list and select “Ewon Recovery”, you will be able to recover it past 11.2s2. You can recover it to 13.0 and upgrade the firmware to 14.4.

Eventually it appeared that it got stuck on address it got from the WIFI and now it’s solved.
