URGENT - Flexy205, Troubleshoot Assistance

We are Hoping that you can provide assistance.

My customer Justin (CC’d) sent a Flexy205 to Russia and it looks to be failing. All the lights turn on and off. Almost like its losing power. The guys in Russia have checked the electrical connection and its good. They sent a video.

Suggestions?

It looks like the unit is rebooting. Can you unplug all the ethernet cables and power cycle the unit. I want to verify if it could be an electrical problem, or an issue with the software.
