Anybus Support Anybus Gateways

Good day,

I require support on initial configuration of an Anybus X-gateway Art#: AB9001-B for a project that is time sensitive and fast approaching the need to connect to it. I’ve followed the procedure according to your documentation but I am not able connect with the gateway via Web interface or serial.

Please advise.

Hello Trevor,

Do you see a link on your PC’s adapter and do you have a static IP set in the same subnet? Are you able to detect the module with our IP config software? Can you describe the LED’s status light?

Once you have an ip set you should be able to just open the web interface in the browser.
