@Cole
Hi Cole,
One other thought, if you are going to continue to experiment with this today, I would suggest turning on USB logging to collect some data that we can analyze. This can be done in the COM Cfg (go to Setup > System > Storage, search for USB, change UsbIpLogLevel from 0 to 2). Then we can see if there are any errors occurring or anything else that may indicate what is not passing through.
Talk to you soon!
Kyle
- Set up 2nd subnet for Cosy LAN and went over NAT 1:1 so devices are still available on current network (Cosy’s WAN)
- USB IP connection does not work with software (ProFX) as well as when directly connected, certain features don’t work
- Adjusted firewall settings in eCatcher, enabled ‘BroadcastForwarder’ in Cosy, software is still not responding correctly, T2M reports different USB driver
- Need to do further research/testing with this controller
