Is this just a USB flash drive? Does the drive have any issues directly connected to a PC? Does it install any special drivers?

Hi Deryck,
I have managed to connect via Network gate usb software and connecting connect and then i am able to connect via eCatcher.
I need assistance with connecting Crouzet PLC via USB, it connects okay through commuter but when its connected to ecatcher, i do not see anything show up?
I have tried with the flash drive and this comes up once connected to talk2m.
any suggestions?

We don’t have any documentation on the Crouzet plc or the software. What firmware ware you on? Make sure the Firmware on the ewon is up to data and you are running the latest version of ecatcher. You will also want to make sure you ewon has a good internet connection and is not losing any data. We have seen switching the connection to TCP will help if there is data loss. To try this you can run the talk2m/VPN wizard in the ewon and show the advanced options and check the box to force TCP.
