This morning, I start having customers reporting Viewon webpage (after logging into m2web), is not accessible anymore saying “Safari can not open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server”, Only happens with apple products, windows and android are OK. Anyone got a clue?

If they are able to conenct using eCatcher but not M2web it might have something to do with the need for new root CA change that Let’s Encrypt made. Here is an explanation they gave on the change.
