VPN not connected

Hello,

Need help with Talk2M configuration using the online setup wizard. I have a EWON COSY 131 WIFI unit that has successful internet connection, but the Talk2M configuration has failed on the last step “Test VPN connection” the IT team at this site has opened up UDP port 1194 in their firewall but still no luck.

This looks to be a firewall issue. There is more to firewall configuration than just opening outgoing UDP port 1194 if you refer to the information here: Ewon Technical Support - Talk2M VPN Servers

Please create a back up of the Ewon using eBuddy and make sure to include the support files.

Also, run the T2m Connection checker utility (from the link above) from a PC on the network and provide the logs.
