I’m getting this error VPN Tunnel error:> STATE: 1517402729,GET_CONFIG, every time i try to connect to my ewon through the ecatcher software. I have the version 6.3.5. I also already forced the TAP connection and changed the configuration for TAP as well. I don’t know what is wrong. Can someone please help.
If you connect your PC to another network (e.g phone hotspot or guest wifi), do you still receive this error?
When you do this, you want to ensure your previous network is disabled.
I’ve been using wifi the entire time. The error persists.
I’d like to have a phone call / team viewer session to check out what’s going on, if possible.

Problem has been fixed. It was an issue with the way my company has my laptop set up. It works with other laptops.
