WAN card not working after updating to FW 13

We have not seen any issue with the new FW 13.0 causing issue with the WAN cards.
Can you confirm the status of the following:
Does the eWon boot up with the wan card installed. If so what is the status of the LED’s?
If the eWon does not boot with the wan card does it boot without it? What is the status of the LED’s on the 201 and the card?

What is the serial number of the device?

With the WAN card installed:
PWR et DO steady Green
USR flashing slow Green

The Flexy 201 serial numbers:
1445-0050-21
1444-0060-21

Hello Denis,

It sounds like the device is booting up if the usr led is flashing green. Are they able to find the device with eBuddy? Have they rerun the internet wizard and does the Ethernet module show up as an option? Have you tried a factory reset of the device?

Our client has had to downgrade the Flexy 201 firmware to V11 and now it works well.

Hi Denis,

This is the first time we have see a WAN card work on one FW version compared to another. There have been no changes to the firmware that would effect their function.

Would you be able to provide a the serial number of the WAN card?
