WAN connection drops after enabling 1:1 NAT (Flexy 201)

Performed the steps mentioned in NAT 1:1 on the Flexy to allow engineers on our WAN (192.168.1.x) to communicate with the PLCs on the LAN side (10.2.x.x). The ewon WAN card gets a DHCP address on that side of the network, but after rebooting to apply the changes, it doesn’t get an IP address anymore. I tried setting a static IP address, but the device says it still can’t reach the internet. Even after rolling back those changes, the WAN appears to still be down. I have to restore a backup file in order to regain connectivity. Is there a step I could be missing?

Appears this may have been a fluke issue. Saw that I didn’t have the latest and greatest firmware, so I upgraded it and performed a factory reset. After reconfiguring, the 1:1 worked!
