We have a flexy 205 that is using the cellular modem as its primary. We did not enable fall back, and right now the device has very spotty access to cell coverage. It is a mobile unit that we can get into coverage but we are trying to remotely enable fall back and dont see a way to do that without resetting
the whole device and then we wont be able to find it

What are you trying to setup as a fallback?
If you go through the internet wizard if the device sees that they are a secondary connection (ethernet in the WAN port, WiFi card installed) it will ask if you would like to configure a backup.
If we set the cellular modem as the primary, and we have and active hardline ethernet connection it should prompt us to then set the ehternet up as the secondary fallback?
Yes, if you run through the internet wizard and pass with the modem and have an ethernet cable connected in the WAN port a prompt will show up asking if you want to setup a fallback connection.
