I have some Ewons that are non-operational. How can I check the warranty on these units?

You should contact your distributor for RMA. Have you factory resetting and recovering them?

Yes I have tried Factory reset and this has not resolved the problem. During the Factory reset the LED’s never get to RED (PWR is Green and USR is amber). The Ewon Cozy also does not recognize any connections when you plug in a cable.

In that case you should contact the distributor to start an RMA. Can you give me the serial numbers of the devices?

Yes, you can RMA that device through your distributor.
