Warranty Status

Good afternoon!

We’ve got a customer who’s reporting issues with a Flexy 205 (S/N: 1917019724, purchased by us on PO# 1703014), that the cell connection will cut out seemingly at random. I wanted to check with you about the warranty status of this unit, and if it would be possible to set up an RMA for them?

We do have an RMA process that we must adhere too. Our first step is to work with you regarding device functionality.

Are yo uable to connect to the device, ethernet cable? Have you performed a level 2 reset, and set up the device again?
