I have some wifi connection issue in ewon flexy 205,
my ewon flexy 205 wifi keeps lost connecton after a certain period (10mins), is that related to my antenna problem?
My antenna is built inside the box and is covered, does this cause the connection issue?

Since the antenna is inside a box that could be causing the issue you are having. I would suggest trying to mount the antenna outside the box and away from anything that could be admitting an EM field.
