Wireless Bolt does not reconnect to WiFi after data inactivity loss

We have 10 of the anybus Bolts all connecting to our wireless AP’s in the manufacturing room.
They all have a static IP address defined, and simple Ethernet connection to either an AB micro820 or CompactLogix PLC.
These run great, until a machine is down for maintenance and we no longer collecting any data.
After a period of time (unknown), the Bolts lose connection to my Access Point, and do not reconnect themselves. My maintenance team has to manually powercycle the Bolts to bring them back online so we can communicate again with the PLCs. This seems like a bug in the firmware running v1.3.9
