Good morning
I have customer having issues with the Anybus wireless bridge point to point setup. As soon as they plug it into their network, it loses all connection with their PLCs. They also tried to restore the unit to factory defaults via webserver however they won’t even give him the Login pop-up.
Can you please help him asap? He’s currently on the site at the moment, his name is Devon
