Hello:

I have an application where we need to control several devices that are connected to a Ewon Flexi 205.I read the Polling Data from a BACNET/IP device manual. However it is not clear to me if I can only monitor values with the Ewon, or if I can actually write Binary values. The values will be writing by a PLC connected to the Ewon and using a script running in the EWON.

As long as the tags are writeable, you will be able to change the values. Please see the following example:
