Good Morning,
I am using the X-Gateway ABX-PDPM-EMBS From Profibus to Ethernet , i want to do a backup of its configuration in both sides ,Etherrnet and Profubis. I would like you help me with the software and cable that, i need to do that…

There are 2 different configuration files for this device.

  1. The X-Gateway config which you will use Anybus Configuration Manager - X-gateway to create or upload from the device. You will connect with a USB cable to the device.
  2. The Profibus configuration, which you will use NetTool to create. It cannot be uploaded from the device, only downloaded. You will connect with an ethernet cable or serial cable.
