Question on a system that has several remote sites that we want to get data from those site to main control system. System will use mediacom (Internet provider) to remote sites. Can we get secure data between Flexy.

The Flexy uses end-to-end encryption so traffic though your internet provider is encrypted.

The Flexy has a max of 1500 Tags on an IO server and 2500 tags on the device itself.
If they are all flexys you can try having them updates tags of each other like in this post.
There You can also push the data to the datamailbox and collect from there.
You could also use MQTT or OPC UA and an IoT solution to gather the information.
