Cosy 131 firmware update problem

dear all I have the following two problems
When i try to update me ebuudy software with the new definitions for ecosy i shows that the latest is the version 12_1_s2 and that i already have it so i can not download the lastest firmware number 13 . I download it manually and copy it to the ebuddy folder but when i try to update the firmware i receive an error message sayin “Transfer error: Failed to send file to ewon”

This case might also be helpful for getting the firmware and going through the update

I am in Greece and may be the best solution would be to check through Teamviewer or similar my problem
