eCatcher Blank

Hello,

eCatcher is suddenly blank for all items except online status:

I get this regardless of what ecatcher account I log into, or what user, so the issue is definitely my computer.
-I’m running version 6.3.5 (most current)
-Tried repairing eCatcher, deleting eCatcher and reinstalling, and rebooting my computer and still unfortunately have no luck.
-The information is there, I just cannot see it. If I go into “properties” of the eWON, I am able to see all of the details.
-This issue is only for the eWONs, not the lists of users or other categories.

This can occur at times where your PC is unable to retrieve this information from our AS. It is pretty easy to fix though, take a look at this topic for how to resolve this issue.

eCatcher missing fields

When I logged into eCatcher today, my account only shows the online/offline status of my units. I can’t tell which one is which. It used to say the names, did I change something on accident? [image]
